Det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att g\u00f6ra r\u00e4tt fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan \u00e4n att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka r\u00e4dda en ans\u00f6kan som inte uppfyller kraven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Genom att arbeta proaktivt och med r\u00e4tt expertis s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lls en smidig process \u2014 b\u00e5de f\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget och den nya medarbetaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad h\u00e4nder p\u00e5 Migrationsverket idag?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under v\u00e5ren 2025 har vi sett mer och mer att Migrationsverket flaggar f\u00f6retag som oseri\u00f6sa f\u00f6r varierande grad av misstag b\u00e5de vid ans\u00f6kningstillf\u00e4llet eller under anst\u00e4llningsperioden. Syftet \u00e4r att motverka fusk med anst\u00e4lllningsvillkor men det kan ofta \u00e4r det omedvetna misstag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det \u00e4r oklart hur l\u00e5ng tid en arbetsgivare inte f\u00e5r lov att rekrytera internationella talanger d\u00e5 det \u00e4nnu inte finns en praxis. Vi har dock sett l\u00e4ngre perioder och Migrationsverket s\u00e4ger att i vissa fall kommer bolaget aldrig igen kunna s\u00f6ka om arbetstillst\u00e5nd. Ibland ser vi att f\u00f6retag l\u00e5ter sin nya medarbetare s\u00f6ka sina egna tillst\u00e5nd vilket inneb\u00e4r en risk f\u00f6r b\u00e5de individen och f\u00f6rst\u00e5s arbetsgivaren.
